The Pulteney Arms remains as one of only a few pubs in Bath that can say with any accuracy that it is over 200 years old as our history will testify to.

Located near Great Pulteney Street it is well worth visiting to sit back, relax and escape the madding crowd of our cosmopolitan and bustling city centre. It even has seating at the front which provides a superb sun trap – when our wonderful English weather permits!

Deep rooted in the excellent sporting culture of Bath and supporting local Rugby, Hockey, Rowing and Cricket, it has been a firm favourite of sports men and women alike for many years. Visiting supporters have always made a bee line for the Pulteney Arms where they enjoy the conviviality of local ‘rivals’.
